You may select one other team member, but please bear in mind this person probably won’t be much help. You have 18 years to raise, protect, love, nurture, teach, and meet each and every need of these two young ones. In addition to this you must be willing to take on this full time position, twenty-four hours a day, three hundred sixty five days a year for the rest of your life. You will have no vacations or time off available and must be available at all times, sacrificing time, energy, money, love, sleep.
Salary: poor to none. Benefits: unconditional love and lots of hugs and kisses.
You must be able to function without sleep or food for long periods of time. Your budgeting abilities must be outstanding, in fact, even magical. Should be able to feed, clothe and educate on next to nothing. Endless patience mandatory. You need to be able to multi-task beyond all sane expectations. Be able to answer phone, run a business, home school, feed the dog, pick up toys, mop the floor, kiss a boo-boo, potty train, host play dates, make trips to the park, make dinner, attack mountains of laundry, and remain semi-sexy all at the same time. Humor is a must. You must be willing to accept little to no appreciation unless they want something from you. No bonuses, overtime pay, or stock options available. Selfless devotion is required. This will unfortunately last from 1 week to 18 years.
You must possess unheard of amounts of physical stamina and be able to go from zero to 60 mph in three seconds flat in case, this time, someone actually falls off the trampoline and is not just crying wolf. Must be willing to face technical challenges, such as small gadget repair, broken toilets, and stuck zippers. Must have ability to plan and maintain schedules for each and every member of the organization. Must be willing to be indispensable one minute, an embarrassment the next. Must always hope for the best but be prepared for the worst.
As always, should any member in your charge get lost, become injured, feel unloved, or become messed up in anyway way shape or form due to your inadequacies, we will NOT allow you to disavow all knowledge of your actions. And Mrs. Pease, remember you will have to engage in this dangerous activity for the next 18 years day in and day out. This message will self-destruct in five seconds.

Wow, really long post, way to go...that would have taken me like a week! Anyway, I might have to steal your mission impossible bit...that is so what I'm feeling all the time now!!!!!
We would love to have ya'll up for a weekend this summer...we could take the kids to do something fun! We have a guest room and bathroom just waiting for ya'll!
So glad that you and Andy took a trip together...you DESERVED it!!! Dennis and Marnie are here for few more days...they have helped us build a deck! Anyway, give me a call sometime, I would love to chat!
